Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that your order has been received in our system and your payment has been pre-authorized.

Once your order is submitted, you will be provided with your order status, shipping updates, and a tracking number via email once it has been shipped.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

There may be situations where an order cannot be processed for various reasons. Influence Furniture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

You may be required to provide additional verification such as:

  • Phone number

  • Address

  • Identity confirmation

  • Payment/banking verification

This is to protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect potential credit/debit card fraud or mismatched information.

Although we strive to maintain accurate pricing, occasional pricing errors may occur. If an item is incorrectly priced:

  • We may contact you for instructions, or

  • Cancel the order and notify you

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders regardless of whether payment has been processed.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
All orders are processed after placement.

Handling, Transit & Order Cut-off (India):

  • Handling Time: 8–14 Business Days (Mon–Fri)

  • Transit Time: 8–14 Business Days (Mon–Fri)

  • Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM IST

  • Time Zone: GMT+05:30 (Kolkata)

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 8–16 business days
(excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Customized furniture items may require additional time depending on the complexity of the customization, production queue, and material availability.

Delivery time may vary by:

  • Location

  • Pincode serviceability

  • Courier partner timelines

Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST are processed the same day.

After You Place an Order

You will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your Order Number

  • Order Receipt

  • Product Details

Orders usually ship out within 2–3 business days, unless:

  • The item is customized

  • Special finishes, materials, or sizes are requested

(These require additional production time.)
